Absolutely! TRIANGL is based in Jersey CI, managed and run by Australians. Triangl uses GeoTrust Secure Socket Layering (SSL), an encryption technology that ensures safe Internet transmission of your personal information. We do not store any credit card details nor do we share your personal information with any third party.

However, if you are still concerned with placing your order, please contact customercare@triangl.com and we will contact you regarding an alternative method to place your order!

Unfortunately, we cannot make changes to your order once your order has been placed. If you need to make any changes to your shipping address or cancel your order, please contact us at orders@triangl.com within 8 hours of placing your order. We will not be able to make any changes beyond that period.

TRIANGL uses Fedex for all orders. We generally deliver all orders within 3-5 working days.

There may be the occasional delay due to Customs Clearance processes which are out of our control.

Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email including a tracking number. If you have not received this email, please email orders@triangl.com

A Pre-order item is one that you order before we have it in our inventory. You may cancel until the time your order has been processed. To cancel, please email us at customercare@triangl.com.

We will ship your order once all items are available. If you wish to receive your available item before the pre-ordered one, please email us at customercare@triangl.com.

Duties and taxes are calculated based on the items ordered, where they were made, your shipment destination and the value of your purchase, and are added to your order total in the shopping cart. Duties and taxes are non-refundable except for orders shipping to Canada.

The product price is inclusive of all duties or will be calculated at checkout. Taxes will either be included in the product price or calculated separately at checkout. You will not be charged any additional duties & taxes upon delivery unless you choose to do so.

Global-e is a trusted global ecommerce vendor whose solution allows TRIANGL to provide the best possible user experience to our customers. Global-e will be the company that you contract with for any purchase via the TRIANGL store and will handle and process your payment. FedEx will deliver your packages. We display and collect payments in the local currency when you select your shipping country. You will be charged in the currency listed at checkout.

Your credit card will be billed by Global-e and your billing statement will read "Global-e/Triangl"

How duties, taxes and other customs fees are treated is dependent on what country you are shipping to. Deliveries to some countries are shipped without having to pay additional duties and/or taxes. This means you will not have to pay these fees separately when your order arrives. In some countries, you can choose to prepay at checkout or pay upon delivery. Check the list below to see which options are available in your country.

Duties and taxes are calculated based on the items ordered, where they were made, your shipment destination and the value of your purchase, and are added to your order total in the shopping cart. This charge is determined by your local customs authority and includes:

1. The Sales Tax applied by your country and;

2. Duties charged for processing by your country.

In some cases you will see “Fees” listed along with duties and taxes when selecting to prepay at checkout. Additional fees, when applicable, may include customs clearance fees, dangerous goods fee, remote area surcharge, high value goods clearance, broker clearance, among others.

TRIANGL guarantees you will not be required to pay any additional cost on delivery when you prepay these fees at checkout, either by selecting to prepay duties and taxes at checkout or if you are shipping to a country that automatically ships without an additional payment of duties as listed below.

Duties and Taxes are non-refundable.

Canadian Customers have the ability to claim back duties and taxes by contacting CBSA directly via https://www.cbsa-asfc.gc.ca/publications/forms-formulaires/b2g-eng.html. The customer will first need to email postreleasedocreports@fedex.com for a copy of the B3 and Commercial invoice if needed.

If you are shopping in the below countries, duties and taxes are included, if applicable, and automatically ship with duties prepaid. This means you will not be asked to pay additional duties or taxes at checkout. We guarantee you will not be charged any additional fees at checkout or upon delivery.

In some cases, the carrier may reach out to request information from you. If they ask you to confirm your address or verify a delivery window, please do so, as this will expedite your delivery date. If you are in a country where duties and taxes are pre-paid (see list below in the FAQs regarding duties & taxes), but are presented with a bill for duties and taxes please refuse and submit an inquiry to TRIANGL by emailing orders@triangl.com. If there is a delay at customs or any other questions or concerns regarding your order, please reach out to orders@triangl.com for assistance.

If you are shopping in the following countries, you have the option to prepay duties, taxes and fees during checkout or to pay for all duties, taxes and fees on delivery. If you select to prepay at checkout, TRIANGL’s global fulfillment partner Global-e guarantees you will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery. No surprises! However if you select to pay at delivery we cannot guarantee the cost of fees upon delivery. Duties and taxes are non-refundable by TRIANGL on returns for orders shipped to these destinations.

We would recommend our balconette or crop styles which have moulded cups with underwire - these give excellent support. These styles include the RHIAN, SARIA, ROMY, MICA and INESA.

The cheeky and normal bottoms have the same front coverage. They differ in back coverage, with the cheeky ones having 1cm less coverage compared to our normal bottoms. To further help, we also have ‘on body’ images on the product pages on the site too.

Do not fold or iron (for neoprene bikinis). Rinse after contact with salt water or chlorine. Hand wash with cold water, using mild, gentle soap. Lay flat to dry.

We offer 14-days hassle-free return for your bikini. The item/s must be in original condition with returns tag and hygiene seal remaining in place. Item/s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns that do not meet the above requirements.

TRIANGL offers a full refund (item price excluding original shipping cost) on items that meet the above conditions.

Requesting a return has never been this easy! We offer 14-days hassle-free return for your bikini.

To initiate a return, simply fill out the Returns Form on our website using the e-mail address used to process your order within 14 days of receiving your parcel. Once your RA Number is assigned, the product must be received back by TRIANGL within 14 days.

Please note that we are unable to refund initial shipping charges for goods returned, other than for faulty items. We are also unable to refund return postage costs.

Once the items have been received, we will send your new piece/s out or you will receive your refund (item price excluding original shipping cost). Once your return or exchange is received at the warehouse, please allow 48hrs processing time.

TRIANGL cannot be held liable for the loss of garments being returned. We recommend using a registered post service to return goods, and keeping a record of the tracking details.

You will be responsible for shipping costs back to our warehouses. Duties are not refundable.

If you are exchanging: you only need to return the piece/s you wish to exchange.

If refunding: the full set must be returned (top, bottom and bag). Please note that we do not mix and match style and colours. All bikini sets on the website are sold as is. We cannot issue refunds for a partial return of a top or bottom.

We work hard to ensure all items sold are of the highest quality. However if you have a concern with a faulty or damaged item, please email us at returns@triangl.com so we can urgently review the matter for you!

We offer Express Shipping at a flat rate of the equivalent to USD$20 exc. duties and taxes per order.

Express Shipping within Australia is a flat rate of AUD$15 exc. GST.

Orders are dispatched from our warehouse based in Hong Kong, and are usually delivered within 3-5 working days. There can be the occasional customs or courier delay which may affect your delivery timeframe from time to time.

An email will be sent once your order has been dispatched. If you do not receive one, please email orders@triangl.com. All orders require a signature on delivery, make sure your supplied address is attended during business hours. We cannot send to PO BOXES, please ensure a street address is supplied.

FedEx takes 3-5 days to ship from dispatch. However, please note that depending on lockdowns or customs delays in your local area, some countries are experiencing minor delivery delays. We will always endeavour to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

We ship all orders via FedEx.

We ship globally, to your door. For more information on which countries we do not deliver to, please contact orders@triangl.com.

We deliver to the delivery address provided. If an incorrect address is provided or the customer refuses to pay duties, TRIANGL is not responsible for shipping costs, customs costs or costs of re-shipping merchandise. In these instances, the order will be returned to sender and the customer will be issued a refund for the order value, less a return postage charge of $20 and a $15 administration fee.
