HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST?
We offer Express Shipping at a flat rate of $20 per order.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DOES TRIANGL ACCEPT?
We have more payment options available depending on your location. You can choose your preferred payment method at Checkout. If you do not see your preferred method in the list of choices, please email email@example.com.
We also offer the following payment options with Klarna:
- Pay for your order within 30 days with no fees or interest
- You’ll be redirected to Klarna to complete your purchase and they’ll be in touch when your payment is due Pay in 3 instalments:
Choose to pay for your order in three interest-free instalments. In this case, you’ll be redirected to Klarna to complete your purchase and they’ll be in touch when your payments are due.
Pay in 4 instalments
Choose to pay for your order in four interest-free instalments. You’ll be redirected to Klarna to complete your purchase and they’ll be in touch when your payments are due
Please note; In all cases Klarna will perform a soft search with a credit reference agency. This will not affect your credit rating. Visit the Klarna website for full information, terms and conditions. This payment option isn't available for all countries. You will be invited to select a different payment method at checkout.

IS IT SAFE TO PURCHASE ONLINE FROM THE EBOUTIQUE?
Absolutely! TRIANGL is based in Jersey CI, managed and run by Australians. Triangl uses GeoTrust Secure Socket Layering (SSL), an encryption technology that ensures safe Internet transmission of your personal information. We do not store any credit card details nor do we share your personal information with any third party.
However, if you are still concerned with placing your order, please contact email@example.com and we will contact you regarding an alternative method to place your order!
HOW CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Unfortunately, we cannot make changes to your order once your order has been placed. If you need to make any changes to your shipping address or cancel your order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 8 hours of placing your order. We will not be able to make any changes beyond that period.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
TRIANGL uses Fedex for all orders. We generally deliver all orders within 3-5 working days.
There may be the occasional delay due to Customs Clearance processes which are out of our control.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email including a tracking number. If you have not received this email, please email email@example.com
WHAT IS A PRE-ORDER ITEM? CAN I CANCEL MY PRE-ORDER?
A Pre-order item is one that you order before we have it in our inventory. You may cancel until the time your order has been processed. To cancel, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
I ORDERED AN AVAILABLE SET WITH A PRE-ORDER, WILL THEY SHIP SEPARATELY?
We will ship your order once all items are available. If you wish to receive your available item before the pre-ordered one, please email us at email@example.com.
WILL I HAVE TO PAY ANY DUTIES AND TAXES ON TOP OF MY ORDER?
Duties and taxes are calculated based on the items ordered, where they were made, your shipment destination and the value of your purchase, and are added to your order total in the shopping cart. Duties and taxes are non-refundable except for orders shipping to Canada.
The product price is inclusive of all duties or will be calculated at checkout. Taxes will either be included in the product price or calculated separately at checkout. You will not be charged any additional duties & taxes upon delivery unless you choose to do so.
