HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
We offer Express Shipping at a flat rate of the equivalent to USD$20 per order.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
Orders are dispatched from our warehouse based in Hong Kong, and are usually delivered within 3-5 working days. There can be the occasional customs or courier delay which may affect your delivery timeframe from time to time.
WILL I GET A TRACKING NUMBER?
An email will be sent once your order has been dispatched. If you do not receive one, please email email@example.com. All orders require a signature on delivery, make sure your supplied address is attended during business hours. We cannot send to PO BOXES, please ensure a street address is supplied.
WILL I HAVE TO PAY ANY ADDITIONAL DUTIES & TAXES?
Duties and taxes are calculated based on the items ordered, where they were made, your shipment destination and the value of your purchase, and are added to your order total in the shopping cart. Duties and taxes are non-refundable except for orders shipping to Canada.
The product price is inclusive of all duties or will be calculated at checkout. Taxes will either be included in the product price or calculated separately at checkout. You will not be charged any additional duties & taxes upon delivery unless you choose to do so or for countries where you will be liable to pay duties and taxes on delivery. HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE AFTER DISPATCH?
FedEx takes 3-5 days to ship from dispatch. However, please note that depending on lockdowns or customs delays in your local area, some countries are experiencing minor delivery delays. We will always endeavour to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

We ship all orders via FedEx.
WILL I HAVE TO PAY DUTIES AND TAXES?
If you are an international customer (outside Australia and the United States) you are responsible for customs & duties within your own country. For further information, we recommend contacting your local customs office. TRIANGL is legally required to declare the full value paid on shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it.

WHAT IF MY ORDER DOES NOT ARRIVE?
We deliver to the delivery address provided. If an incorrect address is provided or the customer refuses to pay duties, TRIANGL is not responsible for shipping costs, customs costs or costs of re-shipping merchandise. In these instances, the order will be returned to sender and the customer will be issued a refund for the order value, less a return postage charge of $20 and a $15 administration fee.
