INTRODUCTION: By participating in the TRIANGL Win a $1,000 Voucher Giveaway (the “Promotion”), each entrant agrees to comply with these Official Rules and the decisions of TRIANGL Group Limited (“Sponsor”), which are final and binding to the extent permitted by law. Sponsor is responsible for administration of the Promotion. The Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram, TikTok or any other social media platform.
ELIGIBILITY: The Promotion is open worldwide, where lawful, to individuals aged 18 years or older at the time of entry who have a valid email address and are subscribed to TRIANGL marketing emails. New and existing email subscribers are eligible. Employees of Sponsor and its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries and promotion agencies, their immediate families and members of their households are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
TIMING: The Promotion opens on Thursday, 15 October 2026 and concludes at 12:00 a.m. United States Eastern Time (ET) on Wednesday, 11 November 2026 (the “Promotion Period”). The weekly entry cut-off is 12:00 a.m. ET on the Wednesday immediately before each Thursday drawing (at the start of Wednesday): 21 October, 28 October, 4 November and 11 November 2026. Entries received at or after a weekly cut-off are eligible for subsequent drawings only, provided they are received before the next applicable cut-off. Four (4) weekly winners will be announced on Thursday, 22 October; Thursday, 29 October; Thursday, 5 November; and Thursday, 12 November 2026, each at 5:00 p.m. ET. ET observes daylight saving time where applicable (EDT in October; EST in November). Sponsor’s computer or its designee is the official timekeeper.
HOW TO ENTER: To enter, sign up as an email subscriber to TRIANGL through the Promotion subscription form or another designated TRIANGL email sign-up channel during the Promotion Period. Existing TRIANGL email subscribers are automatically eligible, provided they remain subscribed at the relevant draw. No purchase, social media follow, post reaction or public social media account is required. One (1) entry per person/email address. A single eligible subscription constitutes one entry for all remaining weekly draws; there is no need to re-enter each week. Entrants must remain subscribed at the time of each applicable draw.
ENTRY CONDITIONS: In the event of a dispute, an Entry is deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address associated with it. “Authorized account holder” means the natural person assigned that email address by the relevant provider or organization. Multiple email addresses used by one person to circumvent the entry limit, automated entries, fraudulent entries or otherwise invalid entries may be disqualified. Sponsor may require proof of eligibility and email account ownership.
PRIZE: Four (4) winners will each receive one (1) USD $1,000 TRIANGL online voucher, for a total prize pool of USD $4,000. Each voucher is redeemable online at triangl.com using a unique redemption code supplied directly to the winner by the TRIANGL team. Each voucher expires twelve (12) months after its date of issue. Voucher codes are not redeemable for cash, are non-transferable and may not be resold. Purchases using a voucher are subject to TRIANGL’s applicable online store terms. Any remaining voucher balance, exclusions, shipping charges, taxes and currency conversion treatment will be disclosed to the winner with the code and comply with applicable law.
ODDS OF WINNING: Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries in each weekly drawing.
WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: One (1) potential winner will be selected at random for each of the four weekly drawings and announced at 5:00 p.m. ET on the dates specified above. Winners will be contacted using the email address associated with their subscription, by the TRIANGL team. A potential winner must respond within 24 hours of the notification, unless a longer period is required by applicable law, or Sponsor may select an alternate eligible winner at random. A person may win no more than one voucher in this Promotion; prior winners will be excluded from subsequent drawings.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION: Potential winners may be required to verify eligibility and complete an affidavit of eligibility and release, where lawful, within the deadline specified in the notification. Failure to comply may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner, subject to applicable law.
PUBLICITY: Except where prohibited, participation in the Promotion constitutes Entrant’s consent to Sponsor’s and its agents’ use of the Entrant’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions, hometown, state and any other information submitted to Sponsor by Entrant for promotional purposes, or on a winner’s list, if applicable, in any media, worldwide, without further payment or compensation.
GENERAL CONDITIONS: Sponsor may verify entries and disqualify fraudulent, automated or otherwise noncompliant entries. Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures, lost or delayed submissions, or unauthorized interference. Sponsor may suspend, modify or cancel the Promotion where circumstances beyond its reasonable control prevent fair administration, subject to applicable law.
RELEASE: As a condition of participating in the Promotion, Entrants release the Sponsor and its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, parent corporations, advertising and promotional agencies, and all of their officers, directors, shareholders, members, employees, and agents (collectively, the “Promotion Entities”) from liability, for loss, harm, damage, injury, cost or expense whatsoever including property damage, personal injury and death that may occur in connection with, preparation for, travel to, or participation in the Promotion, or possession, acceptance or use of prizes or participation in any Promotion-related activities and claims based on publicity rights, copyright or trademark infringement, defamation or invasion of privacy and merchandise. FORCE MAJEURE: If, for any reason, the Promotion (or any part thereof) is not capable of running as planned by reason of fire, flood, storm or other natural disasters, riot, strike, civil commotion, governmental regulation or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor which, in its sole opinion, corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion (or any part thereof), Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion.
FORCE MAJEURE:
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: The Promotion Entities are not responsible for: any incorrect or inaccurate Entry information; human errors; technical malfunctions; lost, stolen, deleted, mutilated, mis-delivered, postage due, illegible, incomplete or untimely Entries that may limit Entrant’s ability to participate in the Promotion, even if caused by Sponsor’s negligence; failures, omissions, interruptions, deletions, or defects of any telephone network, computer online system, computer equipment, servers, providers, or software, including any injury or damage to Entrant's or any other person's computer relating to participation or inability to participate in the Promotion; inability to access the site or upload information or data; theft, tampering, destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, Entries; data that is processed late or incorrectly or is incomplete or lost due to telephone, computer, or electronic malfunction or traffic congestion on telephone lines or the Internet or any website or for any other reason whatsoever; printing or other errors; or any combination thereof. Proof of uploading information or data or entering information at the site is not considered proof of delivery or receipt. Illegible, duplicate and incomplete Entries will be disqualified. False, fraudulent, or deceptive Entries or acts, as determined by Sponsor, render Entrants ineligible and all associated Entries will be WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, AND EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW, EVERYTHING REGARDING THIS PROMOTION, INCLUDING THE PRIZE, IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
COLLECTION OF INFORMATION: Information collected in connection with the Promotion will be handled in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy at https://triangl.com/pages/privacy-policy and applicable privacy and marketing laws. Email subscription and marketing preferences will be managed in accordance with applicable law, including any available unsubscribe rights.
DISPUTES & GOVERNING LAW: These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the Island of Jersey, subject to any mandatory consumer protection, promotional or other laws applicable in an entrant’s jurisdiction. Disputes will be handled in accordance with applicable law. Nothing in these Official Rules excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
REVIEW BEFORE PUBLICATION: Confirm the exact opening time, treatment of unused voucher balances, shipping/tax rules, and any country-specific registration or promotional requirements. The weekly cut-offs and twelve-month voucher expiry have been confirmed.
