HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

We offer Express Shipping at a flat rate of US$20 exc. duties and taxes per order.

CAN I STILL CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

Unfortunately, we cannot make changes to your order once your order has been placed. If you need to make any changes to your shipping address or cancel your order, please contact us at orders@triangl.com within 8 hours of placing your order. We will not be able to make any changes beyond that period.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

Orders are dispatched from our warehouse based in Hong Kong, and are usually delivered within 3-5 working days

There can be the occasional customs or courier delay which may affect your delivery timeframe from time to time.

WILL I GET A TRACKING NUMBER?

An email will be sent once your order has been dispatched

All orders require a signature on delivery, make sure your supplied address is attended during business hours

We cannot send to PO BOXES, please ensure a street address is supplied

IS SIGNATURE REQUIRED FOR DELIVERY?

A signature is required upon receipt of goods.  Please make sure you or someone is available to receive the package.

WILL I HAVE TO PAY ANY ADDITIONAL DUTIES & TAXES?

How duties, taxes and other customs fees are treated is dependent on what country you are shipping to. Deliveries to some countries are shipped without having to pay additional duties and/or taxes. This means you will not have to pay these fees separately when your order arrives. In some countries, you can choose to prepay at checkout or pay upon delivery. Please check our FAQs to see which options are available in your country.

Duties and taxes are calculated based on the items ordered, where they were made, your shipment destination and the value of your purchase, and are added to your order total in the shopping cart. Duties and taxes are non-refundable except for orders shipping to Canada.

The product price is inclusive of all duties or will be calculated at checkout. Taxes will either be included in the product price or calculated separately at checkout. You will not be charged any additional duties & taxes upon delivery unless you choose to do so or for countries where you will be liable to pay duties and taxes on delivery.
