WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We offer 14-days hassle-free return for your bikini. The item/s must be in original condition with returns tag and hygiene seal remaining in place. Item/s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns that do not meet the above requirements.

TRIANGL offers a full refund (item price excluding original shipping cost) on items that meet the above conditions.

EXTENDED HOLIDAY RETURNS

All orders placed from 3rd December 2024 - 23 December 2024, will have until 8th January 2025 to request a return. Triangl's standard returns policy will resume for all orders placed on and after 24 December 2024.

HOW DO I REQUEST A RETURN?

Requesting a return has never been this easy! We offer 14-days hassle-free return for your bikini.

To initiate a return, simply fill out the Returns Form on our website using the e-mail address used to process your order within 14 days of receiving your parcel. Once your RA Number is assigned, the product must be received back by TRIANGL within 14 days.

Please note that we are unable to refund initial shipping charges for goods returned, other than for faulty items. We are also unable to refund return postage costs.

Once the items have been received, we will send your new piece/s out or you will receive your refund (item price excluding original shipping cost). Once your return or exchange is received at the warehouse, please allow 48hrs processing time.

TRIANGL cannot be held liable for the loss of garments being returned. We recommend using a registered post service to return goods, and keeping a record of the tracking details.

You will be responsible for shipping costs back to our warehouses. Duties are not refundable.

DO I NEED TO RETURN THE WHOLE SET?

If you are exchanging: you only need to return the piece/s you wish to exchange.

If refunding: the full set must be returned (top, bottom and bag). Please note that we do not mix and match style and colours. All bikini sets on the website are sold as is. We cannot issue refunds for a partial return of a top or bottom.

WHAT IF THE ITEM I RECEIVE IS DAMAGED OR FAULTY?

We work hard to ensure all items sold are of the highest quality. However if you have a concern with a faulty or damaged item, please email us at returns@triangl.com so we can urgently review the matter for you!
