2025 Triangl Free Bikini PROMOTION – Official Terms and Conditions (US Only)
PROMOTION OVERVIEW
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to the 2025 TRIANGL Free Bikini Giveaway (the “Promotion”) conducted by Triangl Group Limited (“TRIANGL”, “we” or “us”). By participating in the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Website Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy and you acknowledge that you satisfy all eligibility requirements.
Participants will be eligible to claim one (1) free bikini from a curated selection, subject to the terms below (the “Prize”). No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.
The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.
ELIGIBILITY
The Promotion is only open to legal residents of the United States over the age of 18 (“Participant”). THIS GIVEAWAY IS INTENDED FOR PLAY IN THE UNITED STATES ONLY. DO NOT ENTER THIS PROMOTION UNLESS YOU ARE LOCATED IN THE UNITED STATES AT THE TIME OF ENTRY.
Employees, employees’ family members, officers, directors and service providers of TRIANGL are not eligible to participate in the Promotion.
PROMOTION PERIOD
The Promotion begins on Monday, July 7, 2025 at 9:00AM PDT and ends on Sunday, July 13, 2025 at 11:59PM PDT, unless sold out earlier in accordance with the Daily Inventory and Restock terms below (the “Promotion Period”). Entries made before or after the Promotion Period will not be eligible for the Promotion.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE
To view the Prize offering, Participants must be logged into their TRIANGL.com account and must be subscribed to TRIANGL marketing. Each Participant is eligible to receive one (1) Prize for the entire duration of the Promotion Period. Multiple accounts or attempts to bypass this rule may result in order cancellation.
DAILY INVENTORY & RESTOCK
During each day of the Promotion Period, TRIANGL will make available 1,000 bikinis to be given to eligible Participants. Daily inventory will refresh at 9:00AM PDT. Once the daily allocation is sold out, no additional bikinis will be available until the next day of the Promotion. The Promotion will end when the final 1,000 bikinis are claimed on July 13, 2025.
SHIPPING & CHARGES
The Prize is free of charge, however, a flat $20 USD shipping fee will apply at checkout. This is solely a shipping fee and not a fee or purchase required to enter the giveaway. No duties or additional fees will be applied to the Prize. Full-priced items may still be purchased alongside the Prize, and standard duties will apply to those items as usual.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All Prizes given to Participants are a final sale and there will be no returns or exchanges, regardless of fit or preference.
TRIANGL RIGHTS
TRIANGL reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion should a virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond TRIANGL’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Promotion. TRIANGL reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion or website or violates these Terms. TRIANGL has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the Promotion, to void entries for any reason, including, but not limited to: multiple entries from the same user from different IP addresses; multiple entries from the same computer in excess of that allowed by Promotion rules; or the use of bots, macros, scripts, or other technical means for entering. Any attempt by a Participant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, TRIANGL reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.
DISCLAIMERS; LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TRIANGL, its affiliates, and any of their officers, directors, employees, agents, partners and licensors (the “TRIANGL Entities”) are not responsible for: any incorrect or inaccurate delivery information; human errors; technical malfunctions; lost, stolen, deleted, mutilated, mis-delivered, postage due, illegible, incomplete or untimely purchase that may limit the Participant’s ability to participate in the Promotion, even if caused by TRIANGL’s negligence; failures, omissions, interruptions, deletions, or defects of any telephone network, computer online system, computer equipment, servers, providers, or software, including any injury or damage to Participant’s or any other person's computer relating to participation or inability to participate in the Promotion; inability to access the site or upload information or data; theft, tampering, destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, Participant; data that is processed late or incorrectly or is incomplete or lost due to telephone, computer, or electronic malfunction or traffic congestion on telephone lines or the Internet or any website or for any other reason whatsoever; printing or other errors; or any combination thereof. Proof of uploading information or data or entering information at the site is not considered proof of delivery or receipt. Illegible, duplicate and incomplete entries will be disqualified. False, fraudulent, or deceptive purchases or acts, as determined by Sponsor, render Participant ineligible and all associated entries will be disqualified. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, AND EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW, EVERYTHING REGARDING THIS PROMOTION, INCLUDING THE PRIZE, IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
You are participating in this Promotion voluntarily. You assume all risks and all related damages and losses, whether caused in whole or in part by any act or omission of the TRIANGL Entities. You voluntarily release, waive, discharge and hold harmless the TRIANGL Entities from any and all claims, demands or causes of action for property damage, bodily injury, wrongful death, loss of services or other claims arising from or relating to your participation in the Promotion and/or acceptance, possession and use of the Prize. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT THE TRIANGL ENTITIES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOST PROFITS OR DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES ARISING FROM ANY TYPE OR MANNER OF COMMERCIAL, BUSINESS OR FINANCIAL LOSS, EVEN IF THE TRIANGL ENTITIES HAD ACTUAL OR CONSTRUCTIVE KNOWLEDGE OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES AND REGARDLESS OF WHETHER SUCH DAMAGES WERE FORESEEABLE.
DISPUTES & GOVERNING LAW
Each Participant agrees that (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with this Promotion, or the prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and any judicial proceeding shall take place in the courts of the Island of Jersey; (b) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Promotion, and in no event will any Participant be entitled to receive attorneys' fees or any other legal costs; (c) under no circumstances will Participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and Participant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, and consequential damages, and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased; and (iv) exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute, claim, or demand related in any way to the Promotion will be decided by binding arbitration. The parties agree to share equally in the arbitration costs incurred. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Terms, or the rights and obligations of Participant or TRIANGL in connection with this Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Island of Jersey, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions (whether of the Island of Jersey or any other jurisdiction), that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the Island of Jersey.
PRIVACY POLICY
Information collected in connection with the Promotion will be collected in accordance with TRIANGL’s Privacy Policy, available at https://triangl.com/pages/privacy-policy. By participating in the Promotion, each Participant agrees to the terms of TRIANGL’s Privacy Policy.
SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, then such provision shall be construed, limited, modified or, if necessary, severed to the extent necessary to eliminate its invalidity or unenforceability, without in any way affecting the remaining parts of these Terms.
